Representative Pete Sessions (TX-17) disclosed 32 separate transactions in a Periodic Transaction Report signed in October 2026. All reported transactions were sales, spanning personal holdings as well as spousal accounts, including Trust One, IRA One, and IRA Two. The overall volume of trades represents a substantial portfolio rebalancing or liquidation event, with an aggregate transaction value well into seven figures.

The largest transactions were attributed to the filer's spouse across multiple large-cap technology and consumer equities. Notably, sales in Apple Inc. (AAPL), Microsoft Corporation (MSFT), and Costco Wholesale Corporation (COST) each fell in the $250,001 to $500,000 range. Additional major sales included Alphabet Inc. (GOOG) and Amazon.com, Inc. (AMZN), each reported in the $100,001 to $250,000 bracket, along with a separate self-owned sale of Costco Wholesale stock also valued between $100,001 and $250,000.

The remaining transactions consisted of mid- to small-sized divestments across energy, retail, financial, and industrial sectors, including positions in Berkshire Hathaway, Chevron, ExxonMobil, NVIDIA, Tesla, and Walmart. All transactions were reported promptly within several days of execution, satisfying the notification timelines prescribed by the STOCK Act.
