Rep. Kelly Louise Morrison discloses several transactions in private companies, including a purchase of Artistry in Motion, LLC valued up to $100,000.

Hon. Kelly Louise Morrison, a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Minnesota's 3rd district, disclosed seven transactions in a Periodic Transaction Report filed on May 5, 2026. All transactions were conducted jointly and involved interests in private companies held through an investment fund.

The largest transaction was a purchase of an interest in Artistry in Motion, LLC, a live events special effects company, valued between $50,001 and $100,000 on April 15, 2026. Other purchases included interests in Pelvital USA, Inc. ($15,001 - $50,000), Star Catcher Industries, Inc. ($15,001 - $50,000), and Cavall ($1,001 - $15,000). The total value of all purchases is estimated to be between $81,004 and $215,000.

Three sales were also reported, each valued between $15,001 and $50,000. These included interests in Hermeus Corp, an aircraft manufacturer; Saronic Technologies, an autonomous vessel company; and Star Catcher Industries, Inc., an energy infrastructure company. The total value of the sales is estimated to be between $45,003 and $150,000. Notably, there was both a purchase and a sale of interest in Star Catcher Industries, Inc. within the same reporting period.

All assets were categorized as 'Other Interest' [OI] and were held in what the filing refers to as 'Investment Fund 1'. No capital gains exceeding $200 were reported for any of the sales.
