ARK establishes $765M SpaceX position, cuts Roku by 84% and AMD by 48% in Q2 2026

ARK Investment Management LLC reported a total portfolio value of $15.40 billion for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The firm's most significant new allocation was a 5.0% portfolio position in Space Exploration Technologies Corp (SPCX), valued at $765.11 million. ARK also initiated positions in Cerebras Systems Inc ($168.98 million, 1.1% of portfolio), X-Energy Inc ($99.36 million), Snowflake Inc ($68.60 million), and Alphabet Inc Class A shares ($50.08 million).

Among existing holdings, ARK dramatically trimmed its exposure to several prominent tech positions. The fund cut its position in Roku Inc by 84% to $82.31 million (down from $361.49 million) and reduced Advanced Micro Devices Inc share count by 48% to $822.83 million. Major reductions were also executed in Chinese equities, with Alibaba Group Holding Ltd slashed by 85% to $11.47 million and Baidu Inc reduced by 73% to $34.51 million. Teradyne Inc was trimmed by 48% to $311.97 million.

Conversely, ARK augmented its investments in major technology and biopharma names. The firm expanded its stake in Eli Lilly & Co by 509% to $92.66 million, Meta Platforms Inc by 55% to $134.61 million, Alphabet Inc Class C shares by 45% to $368.64 million, and NVIDIA Corp by 33% to $276.37 million. Amazon.com Inc was also increased by 17% to $379.24 million.
