Ameren Missouri Files 2026 Integrated Resource Plan Outlining Major Generation Expansion

On September 28, 2026, Union Electric Company, operating as Ameren Missouri (a subsidiary of Ameren Corporation), submitted its non-binding 2026 Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) to the Missouri Public Service Commission (MoPSC).

  • Retirement deferral for two units at the Labadie coal-fired energy center from 2036 to 2042.
